03 · Guided wand profiling

Step 1: Off baseline

These captures remain in device RAM for this session only. They do not change pack control, saved configuration, or the selected detector.

This guide follows the selected profiling phase. The current firmware does not expose raw physical switch positions to the browser.

What to do now
  1. Turn the lower-right power switch off. Leave the wand still.
  2. Click Prepare state.
  3. After setting the wand and waiting for it to settle, click Begin sampling.

The wand powers itself off after about 30 seconds of idle time. Each timed capture is shorter than that, but complete the prompt promptly. If the wand shuts down, restart from the matching on/idle or activation step.

Timed captures ensure the minimum sample count. Activation and firing-press traces are retained as learned leading indicators; their stable bands remain independently captured.
